When you book a car through Magnum, you get an automatic text message once your driver is at the pick up location – not only letting you know that he/she is there, but also giving you their direct mobile number in case you’d like to speak with them.

At the end of the journey, you can either settle up via cash, or by card.

Magnum uses the Stripe payment system, where you receive a text message with a secure link to a payment portal allowing you to pay on your own phone – and the driver gets a real time update when the payment has gone through.
